I am incredibly proud and honoured to announce the official opening of Iris Lodge, the third residential centre under Rainbow Community Services. This milestone is not just the launch of another home; it’s the continuation of a journey I began 17 years ago when I first joined this organisation.

As we look at this current year 2023, there are two distinct themes. Firstly, the Company's appointment of a new CEO and secondly the company’s growth /expansion and transformation plan.

A pleasant experience for me residing in Rainbow for the last 6 years. I first came into Smithstown when I was 13 years old and hats off to all the staff that looked after me especially my key workers Sam, George, Deborah and Linda.

Part of cultivating a culture of wellness includes fostering social connections and supporting social well-being among employees. We value such outings as social connection provides a sense of cohesion in the office, which is essential for cultivating creativity, teamwork and collaboration.
